the location was good and the staff were friendly.
the room i was given faced the car park and the roofs of other buildings, so it wasn't the sea view i expected.
the included breakfast was delicious with such a wide variety! the eating areas were so nice! i found the modern windows to be a great touch. the bed was very comfy, a welcome treat after a long day.
Parking was somewhat limited. it was challenging to find a spot at times. I had to circle the block a couple of times.

The rooms has a small size. I thought I booked a room to the front of the building, with a sea view, but I was wrong. I got a room at the back. This room viewed the car park and building roofs.

i had a room. it was really tiny. there wasn't much room for my case, and i didn't unpack! there was also scaffolding on the balcony, which wasn't great.

parking was limited with only a few spaces available behind the hotel it added some stress on arrival
